Enhancements are typically automations or new object models. Enhancements require Discovery and planning sessions. We take time to understand the “As-Is” and “To-be” processes before we start working on the requirement. All changes are done in a sandbox and tested with the users before deployment.

Tier 1 - Strategic Projects

Strategic Projects are integration projects. They are complex in nature. Similar to Tier 2 projects we spend significant upfront time in discovery sessions to understand and document the requirements and processes. Our dedicated Project Manager will take ownership of the delivery with the dedicated developers. The Project Manager schedules regular shows and tells to ensure we have understood the customer requirements.

We incorporate changes as we go and we challenge the business if we feel a process or requirements may not be scalable.

Our Manage Service offerings start at a minimum 12 hours a week. We are flexible on how you use your hours as we truly want you to benefit from our services.
