Our Approach
We always start with a Discovery. This is our opportunity to learn your business. We will document the processes, pain points and the requirements as user stories.
We will then Plan and Design. This is an important phase which we won’t rush into. Design mistakes can be costly and must be avoided.
The Build and Test phase will follow. We will build a scalable solution in a sandbox with regular show and tells. You will then get to UAT our solution. User Experience is key and we endeavour to capture as much feedback as possible from users during this phase.
On sign-off of UAT we will Deploy to Production. We will continue to get feedback and provide post-go live support until the system is stable.
We will have regular meetings to discuss adoption and will continue to support you in your digital transformation journey.
