Heshan is the founder of CloudSpectrum. He started his career as a strategy consultant having completed a degree in Business Economics. In 2011, he joined Rusell Investments where he worked on the migration of the CRM system from SalesLogix to Salesforce. This paved the way to a career in Salesforce.

Heshan has worked as a Systems Admin, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Solutions Architect and Practice Head within the Salesforce ecosystem. Heshan was part of Revenue Operations responsible for configuring Salesforce to secure additional cash funding at WSO2 and Onfido.

At CloudSpectrum, Heshan is responsible for ensuring that our client gets the best value for their investment. On delivery Heshan is responsible for:

  • Understanding the full extent of the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Client Salesforce architecture
  • Leading the technical delivery of scope
  • Ensuring that the detailed requirements can be designed according to Salesforce best practice
  • Implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity
  • Providing organisation recommendations & strategy

Wesley is a Director at CloudSpectrum, bringing a strong background in Salesforce, Cloud and marketing technology. He started his career in 2017 with web marketing and software engineering, before transitioning into the Salesforce ecosystem in 2021.

Over the years, he has worked as a Salesforce Developer, Architect, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Consultant, gaining deep expertise in customizing Salesforce to meet complex business needs.

At CloudSpectrum, Wesley is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive value for clients. His key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert recommendations and strategic guidance on how clients can maximize their return on Salesforce investments
  • Leading the design and technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and business objectives
  • Defining scalable Salesforce architectures that integrate seamlessly with clients’ existing systems, optimizing workflows and business processes
  • Implementing multi-channel marketing automation solutions using SFMC to drive customer engagement and improve campaign performance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions drive process efficiency and business growth
